A Skilet !!

I found a brand new skilet in the back of a closet. Yippee!! 

It's one of the good ways to get iron in your body. err...Just use the iron skilet to cook your meal! 

Wow! It's so easy to cook! 

1. Put some olive oil, veggies, chicken breast(salt and peppered) and low-fat cheese. 
2. Put the lid on and start at high flame, when it boils set to low flame. 

Yummy!!

Edible wild plants...Sansai


This is one of my favorites! 
Fried rice with sansai ( http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sansai )and bacon. 

I love Sansai on soba noodle, too!!

Yam Potato Soup!!

Happy New Year!! May the year of 2014 bring you a lot of happiness and smiles. 

As usual, I ate and drank too much with a New Year's celebration feast. hahaha It happens!! 

So I made tororo-jiru (grated yam potato soup) to support intestinal movement.
